beam and floor formwork system
Advantages
Invest only in one set of floor beam formwork used for all projects (only adding a few panels for a different floor compared to a typical floor).
Implemented concrete pouring because it is only poured once (Plastic formwork for columns, walls, stairs and floor beams). This traditional formwork cannot do.

General regulations when installing aluminum formwork
Formwork panels should be cleaned after each use especially the edges and concrete contact surfaces of the panels.
The best results are obtained when the non-stick coating is applied immediately after the formwork is cleaned. Make sure the non-stick oil is dry before placing concrete.
Do not apply too much non-stick oil to the surface to create puddles that affect the quality of the concrete. At locations where there is too much non-stick oil, it must be wiped and absorbed immediately.
Install floor beam formwork
Fix the formwork panels connecting the top of the column to the bottom of the beam. Installing the bottom of the beam, the bottom plates of the beam are connected by the top of the support column (PH). After installing the bottom of the beam, we install it to the side of the beam. The plates are connected by short round pins and flat pins.
After installing the beams, fix the formwork panels connected to the beams (or walls) with the floor slabs (SI, SL panels) with dowels.
Round pins are placed from the top for easy removal.
The middle beam (MB), end beam (EB) and support column tops (PH) are connected by aluminum braces and long round pins to form the sub-beam system of the floor. This sub-beam system will link the floor slabs together.
Carry out the installation of floor formwork panels from the inner corner to the outside. The floor slabs will be installed in rows and the rows are linked together by a system of auxiliary beams.
Column height must be maintained firmly and accurately.
Note: the formwork panels must be installed according to the drawings.
Dismantling formwork floor beams
Conduct concrete strength test (usually after 24-36 hours), if the results reach 150KG/cm2, then proceed to dismantle the floor beam formwork.
After dismantling the column plate, the wall proceeds to dismantle the girder wall and beam bottom. Next, remove the middle and end girders. All supports (PH) and supports must be retained. Only when erecting to the fourth floor, do we remove the struts and supports of the first floor (Due to the special structure, the dismantling of the floor beam formwork does not affect the struts and poles, so they still participate in continuous bearing to ensure the stability of the structure. Through the study, the calculation results of concrete floor beams are sufficient to withstand all impact loads when the strength reaches 150KG/cm2).
Note: the above steps will be repeated before the next use.
