Construction technology of aluminum formwork for building construction projects

Surveying and setting out

(1) The surveyor measures all the edge lines of the wall studs and the 300mm control line based on the axis. The welder completes the positioning of the steel bars according to the edge lines within 2 hours.

(2) The on-site surveyor verifies the correct position of the wall stud edge lines and the positioning steel bars based on the control lines.

(3) Use a level to measure the elevation of the current floor to see if it is within the control range. It should be lower rather than higher. If it exceeds one centimeter, appropriate leveling treatment should be performed.

Positioning rebar

Welding positioning rebar should be controlled within 2 mm. Rebar should be protected with a suitable protective layer. Any rebar exceeding this range should be immediately disposed of. Positioning rebar should be welded at the base of the wall studs, approximately 50 mm above the ground and spaced 600 mm apart. Welding a well-shaped seal at the end of the seal.

                                                                                Formwork Placement
Arrange the formwork neatly by area and room. Apply a release agent specifically formulated for the aluminum formwork (quality standards: certified by a reputable manufacturer, resistant to sun drying and rain).

Wall Panel Installation

Work Preparation → Formwork Hoisting → Wall Panel Sorting → Application of Release Agent → Wall Panel Installation → Wall Panel Closure Installation → Pins and Pins: Each wall panel must have one pin every 300mm. Floor slabs must have ten pins, and beams must have one pin every 200mm. Following the wall positioning control lines, begin by sealing the panels at the end and install the wall panels simultaneously on both sides according to the numbered drawings. A level is required to continuously adjust the verticality and flatness of the wall formwork during assembly. Shear walls must be installed to meet quality requirements. Cement strips must be placed on the rebar, with the vertical spacing between each through-wall screw and the horizontal spacing between each through-wall screw being the same width as the wall. The vertical and horizontal spacing of the internal supports must be strictly horizontal, and the left and right sides must be perpendicular to the wall line. This process directly affects the flatness and verticality of the wall surface and should be inspected by a dedicated person. Beam and Slab Construction

                                                                            Beam Formwork Installation
Work Preparation → Transfer of Single Top Formwork → Cleaning of Beam Bottom Formwork → Connection of Beam Bottom Formwork → Transfer of Beam Bottom Formwork → Cleaning and Installation of Inner and Outer Beam Formwork → Quality Inspection and Adjustment Notes: Beam and slab installation follows the principle of primary beams first, followed by secondary beams, and public areas first, followed by residential areas. Beam bottoms less than or equal to 3m should be installed as a whole; those greater than 3m should be installed in sections, each section not exceeding 3m. After the beam bottom is fully installed, top it up promptly and roughly level it. After the wall is vertically aligned, install the floor beam bottom slab formwork. Floor beam formwork should be installed with the bottom formwork first, and then the side formwork after vertical alignment.
