Based on project experience, the timeframe for each formwork component is as follows: Wall column formwork can be removed in approximately 24 hours; Beam side formwork can be removed in approximately 36 hours; Beam bottom and slab bottom formwork (non-load-bearing) can be removed in approximately 48 hours; Beam bottom and slab bottom formwork (non-load-bearing) can be removed in approximately 12 days; Slab bottom load-bearing struts can be removed in approximately 14 days; Beam bottom load-bearing struts can be removed in approximately 28 days; Cantilever struts can be removed. The specific removal timeframe for each component will still be determined based on strength.
Notes on Aluminum Formwork Removal: 1. Before removing the bottom formwork of the aluminum alloy formwork, the concrete strength must meet the listed requirements. 2. To ensure concrete quality, three sets of identical curing cube test blocks must be added during concrete pouring. These test blocks must be pressure-tested or tested on-site with a rebound hammer before removal. Removal can only proceed after the strength meets the requirements listed above and approval from the supervising engineer is obtained.
