1. Process Overview: The aluminum alloy formwork system is an early-removal system. Wall formwork can be removed 18 hours after concrete pouring, and slab formwork can be removed 48 hours after concrete pouring. After removal, formwork can be quickly transferred between upper and lower levels through the material transfer port. This reduces the technical requirements for installation workers and the resulting quality variations due to varying skill levels. The neat and standardized formwork poles facilitate civilized on-site construction management.

3. Key Process Points:
3.1 Construction Process: Positioning and setting out → Aluminum formwork installation → Aluminum formwork reinforcement → Aluminum formwork inspection → Rebar binding → Concrete pouring → Aluminum formwork removal → Finished product protection.

3.2 Key control points:

(1) The formwork must be pre-assembled before entering the site, and the assembly quality and conformity to the drawings must be checked. The formwork must be numbered one by one according to the house type;

(2) When transferring between upper and lower layers, the surface of the aluminum formwork must be cleaned and coated with mold release agent. The formwork must be assembled strictly according to the number. It is prohibited to mix and match the same specification with different numbered plates;

(3) The aluminum formwork must be inspected by actual measurement and the inspection records must be kept;

(4) When removing the formwork, the wall formwork must be removed first, and then the plate formwork. When removing the formwork, it is prohibited to move or remove the vertical support. It is strictly prohibited to remove the support or to replace the support after the support is removed. When removing the support, it must be strictly in accordance with the relevant requirements of the component type and component span to achieve the designed concrete compressive strength standard value;

(5) 3-4 sets of supporting poles are configured for rotational use;
