The raw materials of aluminum veneer are divided into four categories, namely aluminum alloy, aluminum manganese alloy, aluminum magnesium alloy and ordinary aluminum alloy. These four raw materials have different properties, so the use of different raw materials will have different effects on the quality of aluminum veneer.
The strength and stiffness of aluminum alloy are low. However, because it is soft and easy to process, it needs to be a decorative material for the ceiling as long as it reaches a certain thickness. However, the antioxidant capacity is weak, and the transportation process is easy to deform or bend.
The strength and rigidity of aluminum-manganese alloy materials are strong. Because the manganese alloy element has excellent anti-rust properties, it is also known as anti-rust aluminum plate. The strength is about 10% higher than 1100. Strong formability, weldability and corrosion resistance. Therefore, this material has won the love of many aluminum veneer manufacturers.
Aluminum-magnesium alloys contain magnesium, and the surface of magnesium forms an oxide film, which makes it difficult for air to react with it. Magnesium alloys have higher strength and higher stiffness. Therefore, the aluminum sheet of aluminum-magnesium alloy has relatively high hardness and strong oxidation resistance.
