Pretreatment before spraying is an indispensable process in the production and processing of aluminum veneer. It's short, but it's important. Typically, the process mainly consists of grinding, polishing and soaking in different chemical solutions. Since the whole process is essential, the aluminum veneer processed through these procedures will have some unique characteristics.
First of all, the surface of the treated aluminum sheet is very smooth and flat, and there are no obvious marks, such as bubbles and scratches.
Secondly, after dipping into the alkaline chemical solution, the oil and dust on the surface of the aluminum plate are effectively removed to prepare for the subsequent process, and the surface of the aluminum plate is smoother.
Thirdly, a film is formed on the surface of the aluminum veneer after chromium plating, which effectively improves the wear resistance of the metal, improves the brightness and hardness of the surface of the aluminum veneer, and prevents the discoloration of the aluminum plate.
Finally, the intermediate process is cleaned with water to further remove the dust on the surface of the board and make the surface of the board cleaner. After surface treatment, the surface of the aluminum plate is more bright and clean, and it is easier to adsorb the coating coating, so that the coating effect is more uniform. Both in surface and in nature, it is much better than untreated aluminum sheet.
